What's New: HubSpot Product Updates for June 2023

From AI to app integrations, HubSpot's June updates do not disappoint. For the first time ever, we are thrilled to announce the inclusion of a public beta on our list! We are confident that this public beta will exceed your expectations and change the way you work with the HubSpot platform.

AI Content Assistant (Public beta)

Though we don't usually include Betas in our updates, we are excited to say Content Assistant is now available in Public Beta. It's accessible to all hubs and tiers with no waitlist! This highly anticipated addition comes with a range of updated features in the latest June edition of Content Assistant.

With Content Assistant, you can now effortlessly generate titles and meta descriptions for your blogs, landing pages, and web pages. It also allows you to generate marketing email copy by providing a simple prompt and offers tools to refine your drafts by rewriting, shortening, expanding, or adjusting the tone of your text.

Additionally, you can now create compelling CTA copy from scratch using simple prompts or revamp existing content by opting to rewrite, shorten, expand, or change the tone of the selected text. Social media management becomes a breeze with Content Assistant, as you can quickly generate captivating captions for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn using just a simple prompt.

There is also the addition of a convenient Chrome Extension for Gmail and iOS, allowing you to generate a sales email draft in minutes. Whether you're using the HubSpot Chrome extension in Gmail or the HubSpot iOS app, crafting persuasive sales emails has never been easier.

Furthermore,  Content Assistant has been integrated with the Conversations Inbox. Simply draft a message directly in Conversations Inbox, and with just a click of a button, you can rewrite, expand, summarize, or adjust the tone of your message.

Integration Sync card for Netsuite

Are you worried about whether your integration is syncing correctly with the right record? Well, fret no more! HubSpot now allows you to have that extra confidence by giving you the ability to view the NetSuite sync status and linked records directly from the contact record. This exciting new feature is available for contact, company, and deal records in HubSpot, making it easier than ever to ensure that your integration is working seamlessly.

Updated and new integrations in the App Marketplace

If you have looked for a specific integration in the HubSpot App Marketplace and have not found it, it might be time to look again.  In June there were over 70 new integrations added to the marketplace, including a new Asana integration, and over 15 integrations were updated!

New hubspot embed for salesforce

HubSpot’s Salesforce integration now has a new HubSpot embed available to provide users with a more comprehensive view of their data within Salesforce. With the new embed, users can access all timeline insights, contact and company insights, property history, and more. This feature can now be added to various types of Salesforce records, including leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities, in addition to existing automation and target accounts capabilities.
